Join the Arthur Dubin Memorial 5K — October 19th, 2025 at 8:30 AM
Celebrate the life of Arthur Neil Dubin — loving family man, longtime marathoner and dedicated community leader — by participating in a 5K run/walk in his honor. This first-time special event brings together family, friends, colleagues and neighbors to raise funds and generate awareness for the Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) Foundation, supporting vital research into this incurable brain disorder and expanding advocacy efforts.
Whether you knew and loved Arthur, or are planning to participate in pursuit of a possible cure, make your steps count. The lives of children and grandchildren around the world could be saved in years to come.
Learn MoreArthur’s love for running began early, but it never faded. From high school tracks in Bethesda to completing 13 full marathons, he ran not for the medals, but for the joy of it — and often to raise money for causes he cared about.
He was also the founder of Dubin & Associates, Inc., where he built a career based on fairness, mentorship, and integrity. Beyond business, Arthur found fulfillment in helping others grow — both professionally and personally.
In later years, he embraced new roles with the same heart: wedding officiant, nature enthusiast, concert companion, and “Grandpa” — a grandfather full of laughter and love.
